Q: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
A: I had a non traditional job in a new technology dealing with corrosive materials as applied to Public Utility equipment. My mother inspired me to tackle work out of necessity. I studied and learned in this trail blazing technical field of science.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Sarasota County, and what do you love there?
A: Max’s Table, breakfast or lunch, the food is excellent, the eggs benedict is a favorite of mine.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in Sarasota County?
A: A little over a year.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why?
A: Key West, its a lot of fun and it is very magical place.
Q: What is your favorite movie OR what is the first movie you remember seeing in a theatre?
A: Romancing the Stone, with Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner.
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: Be respectful and be kind to others.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: To wrestle an alligator.
Q: What is your favorite music/ 3 bands you would like to see (dead or alive)?
A: Janis Joplin and early rock.
Q: What current / former local business makes you the most nostalgic about Sarasota County?
A: Wednesday farmers market at Phillipe Creek.
Q: Choosing anyone alive and a non-relative: with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? Where in Sarasota County would you have lunch?
A: Tony Robbins, I would take him to Snook Haven.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about Sarasota County?
A: I like the Amish community, they are phenomenal, their cooking, crafts, and art.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?
A: On the beach.
Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
A: I saved my sister from drowning and my nephew from choking.
Q: What 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
A: Security, enchantment, and wine.
Q: If you were cast into a major motion picture and had your choice of anyone to be your co-star, who would you choose?
A: I love Fred Astaire, I saw him dance up a wall once, no props, no nothing.
Q: If you had a full-time staff member that was fully paid for, who would you choose? Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Coach, Physical Fitness Trainer, or Nanny?
A: A Physical Fitness Trainer that can clean the house.
