Gianna Kramer

Let’s meet with Gianna Kramer of LGKramer Flooring as she and her husband Lance take flooring to the next step in Sarasota/Manatee county homes and businesses. Together their goal has been to create a customer experience unlike any other with a commitment to exceed customer expectations.  Their clients say it was a lot easier than they thought it would be, you went above and beyond and we weren’t expecting you getting us done so quickly. Constant improvement is what Lance and Gianna strive for.

Q: What inspired you or led you to your career?

A: Lance and I started very differently. Lance started his career at 16, apprenticing in high end luxury flooring work in Sarasota. About 4 or 5 years into the business, Lance felt there was a need for a better customer experience and focused on the art of selecting flooring with the customer along with professional installation. Together in 2009, we put all our savings together and started L.G. Kramer LLC flooring. Lance put his boots on and went back to past customers and, through word of mouth, the first job led to the second, then third, and fourth. After a year or two, he expanded by adding a certified wood crew and building his own website.
I started out studying for pediatric dentistry with a background in biology and changed to marketing. I had a marketing firm for a while, and in October 2019, I got fully involved with our flooring business.
